Discus and support I am supposed to ask here for access to the preview forums? in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; so...tonight my console updated and now it wont turn on so an employee named portia told me to post here and tell them there.     Preview game licensing issue

    That link I gave was not for the actual preview forums, they are the forums to ask to get access to the preview forums, but as you are getting the group not found message, then Microsoft need to fix that, possibly by moving those forums out of the Early
    Access section so preview users can at least ask to get access to the preview forums. Sorry for the confusion, I obviously misunderstood.

    ok why does the Forum say page not found. I am a previem member. I have the preview tab on my dashboard. But cant access the Forum. How are we suppose to test and tell them our findings
