    I am still waiting to receive my credits from the "Warriors Rewards"


    Hello, in the beginning of this month the warrior rewards was launched. I have decided to participate and on the 2nd of March I made a purchase to complete the "PAY HOMAGE TO ODIN" mission. I have bought the "Princess Dejah Warrior Costume" and "Your Own
    Personal Battle Cat Experience" for my avatar. Both of those items show up when you search "warrior" on the xbox website and you click on see all avatar items. There is a link: Search Results for "warrior"
    items could be found on pages two and three. It's been 22 days since then and I still haven't received my credits for that mission.

    On the 8th of march I completed the "SHARPEN YOUR BLADE" and "Simply Rewarding Offer". I have my credits for those two.

    Today 24th I have completed the "PILLAGE AND PLUNDER" mission by earning 5 achievements in Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition (this is the game I bought on the 8th). I am still waiting for those credits and will check back in 4 days.

    The last mission "ENTER THE GATES OF VALHALLA" I can not complete because "PAY HOMAGE TO ODIN" does not show as completed neither do I have the credits for it. Could you please help me or at least direct me to someone who could.

    We can confirm the completion of five achievements for this offer. We will manually adjust the Credits for the achievement portion of the offer. We are currently investigating why this occurred, but it appears that the avatar purchases going towards that
    portion of the offer may have interfered with that process. Again, apologies for the inconvenience. You should see these Credits pending by the end of next week, at the latest.

    Hello, according to my credit statement I have completed levels one, two and four of the warrior rewards. Reward level three is not showing as either pending or completed. As I have stated below it was completed on the 24th of march. Could you please assist
    me, I have attached my previous post and your response to it as well?

    Thank you very much for your detailed report. Using this information, our investigation determined that your avatar purchases were incorrectly going towards the Movie, Games, TV purchasing component of the offer. We are adjusting these purchases to go towards
    the correct offers, and you should see the Credits pending by the end of next week. If you do not see the Credits for the achievement portion of Warrior Rewards, please let us know right away and we will investigate. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Hello Toasty Bonezz,

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. We do not see a purchase of Deadliest Warrior at the current time. If you just recently made that purchase, you will have to wait for that purchase to be processed, as noted in our FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    The Simply Rewarding offer will allow you to "double dip" and will work in conjunction with other offers. However, we are currently experiencing an issue with our purchase information from around the beginning of the month, and are working to bring
    that data up to the current time. Apologies for the inconvenience. Once this data has been received and processed, we will update this thread.

    Keep in mind that as Murphs says, the purchase component of Warrior Rewards is only 5000 Credits. You will have to complete the full offer to receive the maximum Credit amount. However, this purchase should complete the first level of Warrior Rewards and
    Simply Rewarding.
