    i pre ordered halo wars 2 ultimate edition and have yet to recieve my code i never pre order a game this early or an edition this expensive and would appreciate any help i can get im a very loyal customer and ms gives the best service so i hope you can come
    through again and assist me getting my code ty

    The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016


    So if you don't have your code after 10 days from your date of pre-order, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.
