I am still getting update error (solved)

So long story short, I reset my console because I thought the issue we had last night was just me. Now it is still not letting me update and I have to update to fully reset the console. In other words, I am completley helpless and can’t do anything with
my xbox. Help

Edit: Lol, i got it working. It was a pretty stupid reason on my part so I won’t tell, sorry.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. However, this did not solve the problem. I removed the update, connected the internet directly (without routers or hubs), and tried again to install the update. I still get the same error message.

I am having the same problems. I am trying to play a .mp4 file which is a supported format for xbox and it has an error. I have installed the optional content update and am always connected to live so I am up to date and still nothing. What else can I do
to solve this problem?
