Discus and support I am still banned after the unban deadline. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was banned for communication. I was unbanned on 5/30/17 at 8:24 PM.     I am still banned after the unban deadline.


    I was banned for communication. I was unbanned on 5/30/17 at 8:24 PM. It is 5/30/17 at 9:12 PM and I am still unable to talk in party or send messages or any other media related items. Please help I use these features all the time and I need to use them
    but I can't even after the ban was lifted

    You might still be able to play single player offline. Though you will most likely get banned from Xbox Live until the game releases (important bit being you are unbanned after the game releases), if they see you are online while playing it.

    Xbox Ban Incorrect

    So my account xXSiLLyScoPeZXx just recently got banned, I called customer service and they said it would get unbanned, but after I submitted case review and got a response back to unban I was still banned. What Ian going on Xbox Enforcement.

    I was apparently unbanned but am still banned.

    I can say that i have gone through to check the status of my account and it says that it is still suspended but i still don't undestand was this just a mistake on microsoft's end or something why did they send me an email saying my account was "reactivated" when it hasn't been. The original confirmation email that they sent me after i sent them the appeal even has the same ticket number as the email that i got saying it was supposed to be reactivated.

    According to the picture you are sharing those 2 emails are from the same day, and a reply from enforcement takes longer, seems strange, but finally the information you can trust is the one on the enforcement site
