    I am so PO that I can't speak with someone on the phone about this problem It's ridiculous as much money as you people make & can't offer phone support.I have called & was told Oh they have a team for that & you can only email them through the support forum.Which
    I go to & just get the run around click here ..read this ...go there come back here...blah blah blah.You sent me an email in February tellin me my grandson came sooo close to getting his next star you were offering a one month only chance to get moved up
    to the next star.Yeah all ya have to do is spend $125.00 before tax in the month of March & so I did & SURPRISE He did NOT move up a star,he is still at 3 stars which means I am still earning 6% instead of 8 % all the way back to everything I have spent since
    March 1st.I tried to ask questions like how do I know if I am a VIP member or not & never did get an answer to that.Then I got another email sayin spend (??) I dunno I think it was $90.00 but I can't remember now for the month of March & he would get I dunno
    again I can't remember but it was suppose to be a whole lot of rewards points.I was working on that one until I realized we didn't get what we were promised for the last one.I have learned one lesson I will save those emails from now on.On top of all that
    your guy cancelled my monthly subscription while we were adding a code for a 1 yr free Gold membership my grandson got for his birthday back in December that apparently when I entered it on the pc didn't work & I was still bein charged but I specifically told
    him I didn't want to start a new subscription because of stats & rewards etc...& he screwed up & did it anyways.Please at the very least give us our 4th star as we spent what u asked us to to get it & then go back & adjust the % of earned points to 8 % from
    March 1st forward.Unless I get more for being a VIP member I wouldn't know because I didn't understand & your guy on the phone told me I had to talk to the air on this forum & sit & wait until you decide to answer me.YOU have my phone # pick up a phone & call
    me I hate talking to air...I hate typing...& I hate sitting here waiting for a reply.BTW this is not it's his grandmother

    New Upload Studio makes extremely jerky videos

    Having this problem too. I informed them on Twitter, support team didn't even know about it. It's ridiculous. It's a slideshow now I can't believe nobody noticed. Even uploading the raw unedited clips to One Drive, I'm still getting the same result. About
    15-20 fps by the look of it. Can't use it in that state. Wish more people would speak up on this!

    This is absolutely ridiculous that there isn't a *** contact number to call and speak to anyone about a *** billing issue. I was double billed for an xbox pack that my son bought. There isn't a phone number or even a *** chat or email option where I can
    speak to someone. Apparently there is someone doing the billing somewhere out there, however there is apparently no way to speak to anyone about this. I have never in my life seen something so absolutely ridiculous. I have since taken all of my credit cards
    off of the account and canceled my xbox live membership. And WILL NOT continue service if this is the type of customer service that XBOX/MICROSOFT provides.

    I AM EXTREMELY *** OFF, AS I HAVE SEARCHED UP AND DOWN ON MY ACCOUNT AND THE WEBSITE TO FIND A CONTACT NUMBER TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ABOUT THIS ISSUE. AND I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT IF SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME REGARDING MY QUESTION/CONCERN.

    Because this is ridiculous; I bought this in 2011, I had access to it until last month, and now its saying that i don't have that account anymore?
