Right heres whats really setting me off.

I do a hard reset, 1. Because achivements wont snap propperly & 2. MCC matchmaking isnt working,

After 10-15 mins I get into a match. Get some real good epic kills, record that.

Audio is out of sync. This makes them clips useless because I dont and I'm sure you dont watch tv or film out of sync with the audio.

I have to hard reset my xbox atleast 10 times a day. I am fed up of this crappy experience you are giving & xbox & microsoft themselves have never deserved such a bad name as it has done this year.

I love features like everyone else, but majority dont understand how complex OS's are, this has left us with a completly unstable and horrid OS & it needs sorting now before anymore features are added because you are adding in more things into something
which is extremerly broken,

So sort your crap out Phill Spencer, Major Nelson & the whole Xbox Division. I have faith. But not much anymore,

Banned account

My account was banned till the year 9999, after "reports of cheating" then a little later came a forced gamertag change now all this is BS, i've been a member of xbox live for 9 years with 3 gamertags & none of the them have EVER
been banned! I'm not happy about the ban but i'm more p***** about my
paid downloaded games i spent the past 2 years building on the account which was on both Xbox 360/Xbox one consoles. I just want back what i paid for & own!!

I've been with xbox & xbox live since 2003 & do not expect or want live to be free.

I've been getting my groceries from the same supermarket for the past 8 years,does that mean I should ask to get my shopping for free now?

Face it,live is never going to be free & i'm glad.

tend to think you have a hardware issue as opposed to this being solely issues with the OS.

I agree the x1 has been a mess from booting you from games to the home page , installs taking forever , live always messing up , activity or friends info not showing up normally and charging tax on digital games were ps4 and steam dont so thats why most
3rd party games i buy on ps4 because that $20 game is $20 on ps4 but on my x1 that $20 game comes to $24 so it sucks and the games are not there and sales are horrible compared to what the 360 or psn has . I will say there customer service has always been
great though but who cares when you spend $700 on a console on day1 you at least expect it to work for that price .

I've never become sick playing any videogame in the 32+ years that I have been gaming. I'd go see a doctor because getting sick from playing a videogame is not normal. I've never heard of it anyway. See a doc.

This was like six years ago so doesn't apply now, but just for the record: my xbox was purchased in 2004, and was heavily used extensively on a daily basis (perks of being a sick kid) until 2010, when it was put into storage until 2013. It finally succumbed
to the red ring of death in 2015. That's 9 years of life with heavy daily play. It would have worked at least for a few years.
