I am registered on Xbox Preview not I get the update

as I have indicated my registered in preview console (it is because of microsoft say if active) but not me no notice or nothing to indicate that if I use it as I please help appears, please access and private support forum xbox preview

This Xbox is registered to preview Updates. Next Wave?

I registered through the preview app and it says

"This Xbox is registered to preview updates. To Stop getting the next preview wave ,choose Unregister.

The Xbox will remain registered until the current preview wave ends."

Any idea when next wave is???

I have registered to preview Xbox One updates but still get a "Group not found" error I try to access the private Xbox One Early Access Forum. Can you please give me an access to the Private preview Forum.

 

I think I am getting what you are asking, but could you be a little more clear? I think you are saying that you were granted access to the preview program but are unsure of how to access the content. Is this correct?

 

are you having trouble accessing the preview program forums? please give us clear details of your problem so we know exactly what we are working with

 

Do you mean you have the preview app but not the update? And enroll pending status?

If so then you will have to wait for the next update wave

Remember they do everything in batches so not everyone will get in and also the beta is nearly full

Yeah, but I got in contatcto with them and according to their records my profile if you are enrolled in the program preview

but in the console I have not received notification or anything to indicate q if I am or download any application or something

 

hi CT benjand2 hmm no access to the forum okay well when i had this problem i tweeted to @XboxSupport and 2 days later i had access was just the forums didnt notice the rank try that and see what they say

Hey there, CT benjand2! If you have been invited, but have not received an Xbox Live message giving you instructions on how to download the preview app, then you have not been accepted into the program. Phone or chat support saying that you have accepted
it does not mean you are in it.

The only way to know if you have been accepted into the preview program is if you receive this Xbox Live message from the team. If you receive that, enroll your console, and still don't have access to the forums, please post up a new thread detailing what
you're running into so that we can look into it further. Thanks for understanding!
