    I am recieving a notice that the Jigsaw app is no longer available! What is happening?


    When I attempted to use Microsoft Jigsaw Daily Challenges this AM I received a notice that the app is no longer available. Is this permanent? I love this app. It helps keep my brain challenged at the start of each day. I truly hope that it is a mistake
    and a temporary setback that will be overcome very soon.

    Jigsaw Failure

    Microsoft Jigsaw won't let me sign in and comes up with the message "This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw".

    Same jigsaw problems as others, plus new wrinkle

    Now there's a message saying the app is no longer available. Says it's signing me in, then I get this message. Is Jigsaw discontinued?

    Getting "Choose another item - This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Mahjong" and can't log in

    This problem isn't solved.

    I have the exact same problem with Microsoft Jigsaw.

    The message "This in app purchase is no longer available" pops up, and then the Login to Xbox live fails. This happens with my account, no matter what PC I am on. It also happens with anyone using this computer.

    Does anyone have a solution? There is no way that I can pay for premium when the game isn't even working.

    How to get back/view past messages that xbox has for some reason decided to get rid off

    Hi there!

    I am sorry to hear about what happened. I am afraid that we can no longer retrieve old messages that are no longer available in your message center. I believe that messages are deleted after a certain period of time.

    You could try checking your messages through the Xbox app on mobile or Xbox app on Windows and see if they're still available. If not, I am afraid there's no way to recover it.

    app has died

    my jigsaw app says something about no longer available. Tried following instructions, won't let me sign in . Microsoft account says I'm signedin and xbox says I'm signed what's the deal ? Worked before the last update to my pc.

    I have been having the same problem with Microsoft Sudoku for the last week or so. How come this hasn't been sorted out by now? It's clearly an ongoing issue for many people.

    I was having this exact same problem with Microsoft Jigsaw. I tried clearing the Windows Store cache as follows and it fixed my problem:

    Clear Your Windows Store Cache





    1. Press Windows Key and R
    2. In the box that pops up, type wsreset.exe and press Enter
    3. The Windows Store will launch for you (with its cache nice and clean!)
