I am really scared

Dear Xbox,

I have been scared because a player has said he's going to hack my account but really he was joking he has been swearing telling me to [Mod removed] and calling me names. I have never seen someone do a thing like that before. Yes, I have
reported him but I really want him banned because of what he did to me. I am really scared but I haven't been hacked that's a good thing the player name is
[Mod removed]. Hope you can report him or do something please.

Just to clarify, bans are not handed out for no reason. If you know people who are getting banned, they are doing something that violates the TOU, even if it's something they may not be aware of. There is a support forum for such people to bring their case
to and find answers.

I won't go into detail as it is prohibited to talk about it on the forums but if your console is 100% legit and you have been the only owner then there is no chance that someone else can simulate your console. There are no viruses on Xbox Live as Xbox's
will only run certified codes which viruses are most certainly not. Everyone is banned for a reason and if any of them wish to find out exactly why then they need to post it on the following link to find out why:

I don't know how it works with Xbox One sadly but the best advice I can give is never join a private chat/party with strangers, that will greatly reduce the chance that someone will be able to hack you. Many people these days go on about how they are going
to hack you however most are empty threats and the ones who are capable of actually hacking you wouldn't be stupid enough to declare it. Microsoft won't take any action though unless they actually did attempt to hack you in which case they would tell you to
contact the police.

 

in the future your dad should set an account up for you and use the built in parental features, this would then stop you from entering chats with strangers.

 

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

You can't be hacked so don't worry about that.

The only way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done on the forums or anywhere else.

Just block,avoid & report the player on your console.
