so are you real xbox support chat employee or just a third party reddit not from xbox support team and not forum Microsoft by reading that on your guys page it say any ideas or bug issues related that you can lockup the forum for higher up bug team or send it to the higher ups to check it out or higher ups check this forum out.

this forum page exactly say the developers look on this page and you guys help them get are help or information and bugs and ect can be reported on this page for higher ups to look at and ect and by watching your history of the forums you locked or removed it show that your not following own rules that your own company provided you and not know your own job and not read your own rules that is posted.

not only the desk team told me that i could even the managers said that too and by reading that on your xbox home page say exactly the same thing that your desk team say i could.

i call your xbox live support team a lot times and finally helped me and hireups look at my notes i give your xbox support desk team on calls and they fixed some issues on the console by reading my notes to the staff desk team.

i am confused dont you guys work for xbox Microsoft because what you said to me on my page that looks like your not apart of xbox Microsoft support team this page completely fake and have nothing to do with Microsoft or any customer support by microsoft just a random page that been created to talk about on?
