I am permanently banned.

Discus and support I am permanently banned. in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I am permanently banned even though my last ban was 24 hours, and the ban does not show up in my enforcement history.     I am permanently banned.


    I am permanently banned even though my last ban was 24 hours, and the ban does not show up in my enforcement history. I am very confused. Any help appreciated.

    Wow! Ok thank you so much for replying, you have no idea how much anxiety that his lifted off of me. I thought i was going fo lose years of progress because of a few not-so-nice words. And I do agree that the enforcement/ banning system is heavily flawed on xbox, but I do really appreciate all of the people that are on here trying to help.

    It lets me sign into my profile to view my enforcement history. I can see all of the other things on it, but it say the most recent thing happened in July 2021.

    Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

    It appears there's an issue with enforcement page/action and it appears to be showing permanent bans in place of most other bans received and there's no way to confirm this as the page itself won't let Gamers login to check.

    I know it isn't ideal but what I can advise is that you hold on a few days until the issue is resolved so you can sign in and check the true status of your account on the enforcement page. Unfortunately even support cannot assist with this as they are not privy to enforcement actions.
