I am not sure, issue using betas or previews

The other one is Turbo Golf Racing, Idk if this one is still in beta testing or what, but it don't work for me.

I have had them checked, its all disabled. I have tried on 2 different Xbox systems (logged into one more temporarily to see what it does), and it still did it. I am not sure what went wrong here. I can do anything except the betas or previews. I got a couple rated M titles, and those are not restricted (not sure if that is something that helps out). Currently, for a power cycle, I would have to wait, because I set it up with a mobile device (This is an Xbox One S, so while it was optional, I did it thru mobile so it was easier), and right now I am still learning the Xbox app interface because it was changed since then, so a power cycle would have to wait, but I do know that there was a point where my Xbox decided every game would be restricted from use until I restarted the Xbox the next day. I got near the Xbox a clock, a radio that is a sound bar for other devices, my Wii U and the sensor bar, do any of these interfere with my Xbox and need to be moved? The radio has Bluetooth capability.

Could you (or your parent) double check if all your privacy settings are enabled?

(if yes, disable everything and save the changes. Wait a couple minutes and enable everything)

May I know if you already tried power cycling your console and the re-add your profile? (If you have the games installed try deleting both)

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Aftert that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console and try again installing the games

If you are in the beta preview it works if not it won't. I am not in it and I am having the same issue.

I am pretty sure it is only available currently to Alpha and Beta ring in Preview. If you are in either of those rings you should be able to access the trial from inside the Hub.
