Discus and support I am not receiving Proof Code via text!! Please Help! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I need to cancel my subscription and it first required me to enter the final 4 digits of my mobile phone, and I did.. but I didn't receive any codes.....     I am not receiving Proof Code via text!! Please Help!


    I need to cancel my subscription and it first required me to enter the final 4 digits of my mobile phone, and I did.. but I didn't receive any codes.. So after a number of attempts, It worked only when i tried to enter my account regularly, then I done tried
    it again on the subscription page, but it's still not sending the code.

    (Pretty odd it works normally, but not when entering subscription)

    Please help, I want to cancel my subscription auto-renewal as I have to put it to the side for a little while and I cannot do this.

    P.S. Tried all of this on PC.

    Please follow the instructions in Vibroplex's post to check your alternative email as the messages are sometimes caught in a spam filter. You can also try adding a mobile phone number to the security proofs to receive the code via text message. You also
    never want to give out your Microsoft account email and password, even via a PM.

    If you do not want to change the Microsoft Account email associated with your Gamertag, then that is not necessary. If you are seeing a "blocked account" error, then please try these steps in order to unblock
    the account
    .



    If you are still having issues with your account not receiving your security code, then please try
    adding a new proof or updating your security proofs over here. It would be extra helpful to make sure you include an alternate email and a phone number that can receive SMS texting.

    Hello this is similar to mine, I got a message telling me to add 2 security proofs, and so far I've trued doing it via text, I put my number in and received the code but when I try to verify on the computer it goes around in circles, I click confirm tells
    me to access via my suggested PC which I was using at the time then when I click on it takes me back to the page to confirm then back on access on PC again and over and over again..
