I am not receiving/earning credits for my purchases anymore. Why?

Discus and support I am not receiving/earning credits for my purchases anymore. Why? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; As of May, I have still been purchasing content as I have been, but have not been accumulating any rewards points.     I am not receiving/earning credits for my purchases anymore. Why?


    As of May, I have still been purchasing content as I have been, but have not been accumulating any rewards points. I would like to receive the credits. Thank you.

    rewards for games

    Most offers for earning credits are only for digital purchases made through the Xbox store. There is only 1 offer for receiving credits for purchasing elsewhere.

    Thanks, I thought the credits were applied within a few days of the purchase..... my mistake!

    I am looking for credits for the percentage of my purchases that I have made from before. It is nearly July and I have not received any credit for my purchases in May.

    Since your purchases in May either did not qualify for MyVIP or were applied to another offer (Retro Rewards for Backwards compatible games and Games on Demand), they did not award MyVIP payback. This is mentioned in our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    Haven't recieved my rewards for 3-4 months now

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? Achievements will only earn credits it they are part of a specific offer (like the current Dr. Rewards offer). Usually you have to purchase a game and then you unlock to option to earn credits
    based on earning a number of achievements in that game.

    Otherwise, there are no offers to receive credits just for earning achievements.
    But I've gotten credits for achievements for this long, why did it just change all of a sudden? Do you just not get money anymore for getting achievements, because I have been getting them all this time.
