    I am not receiving any rewards


    Hello. It looks like a lot of people are having my problem as well. I purchased a customized Xbox One controller about a month ago which was supposed to give me 15,000 credits and an Xbox One S which was supposed to give me 50,000 credits. I have received
    both of these items but not the points. I wouldn't be so upset about this if the credits didn't add up to much, but that is a decent amount of money to go towards my next purchase.

    Please help me out here, thanks.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

    If you are asking about our program (Xbox Live Rewards), we see that your join by date and activity indicates that you may not be aware of current program changes, such as MyVIP, which began in 2014. Currently, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two
    ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
    YOU! We've got your answer here.

    as of July 2014.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

  3. Not receiving any rewards

    not sure why but I'm not receiving any form of rewards on my Microsoft rewards account and have purchased a few games and DLC and have always really upped my Xbox Live.

    Hi BatMaster! Credits for the controller are pending in your account! For the console, it takes 15 days after shipping before Credits are awarded. Hang tight for those!
