i am not progressing in my missions even if I spend money on add on for free games and ...

so there are this this new freedom rewards missions and one of them is spend at least 30 dollars on add on for free games.

i have spend way more than that but in the mission progress bar it says that i have spend less than 30 dollars but that is not possible because one of my the add on that i bought cost me a lot more than 30 dollars.

the other issue that I am having is that I pre ordered 3 of the games for the pre-order punchcard (for honor, south park and injustice 2) one of them already came out (for honor) but in my punchcard it says that i haven't pre-ordered any game on the list.

Forza Horizon 2 Complete Add-Ons Collection: missing Pre-Order Car Pack

Thanks for your reply. Based on the information provided, I tested this for both my own and a different profile. (Pity you need to play for an hour before you can access the Autoshow).

I downloaded everything in my Ready to Install list for Forza Horizon 2. Every add-on available was installed, except for the Pre-Order Car Pack of course.

Even without the Pre-Order Car Pack, it shows as purchased in-game for me and I can add these cars to the garage for free.

However, other profiles on the same console cannot use these cars without paying actual money. This Pre-Order Car pack is the only one that does not show as purchased and when you select a car from this pack a Purchase Options window pops up: € 3.99 for
the pack.

I understand other profiles do not get a one-time only, free addition, but they should be able to "purchase" cars for in-game credits. I think that is only possible if this pack shows as "Owned" in the store and it can be installed separately.

You registered into the program as a US member. This means that we are only tracking and Rewarding purchases made in USD. Since only your 800 and 400 gem purchases on the first were made in USD, they are the only purchases increasing your FREE pass progress.
Since they are beneath $30 USD, you have not yet completed the offer.

Similarly, since you purchased in a non-USD currency for Games on Demand, we cannot Reward those purchases since they are made outside of your Rewards program.

If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft Account region and create a new Canadian account, you must first close your current US account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/).
You will have to wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by signing back up again,
which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards).
If you check your MyDashboard at (Xbox Live Rewards), you will be able to see if you are still in the registration process.
If you have any un-deposited, pending Credits, we will be able to transfer those to your new account if you open a new post.
