    I have a problem, tell me who to call, I will not use this forum if you expect me to look for hours after I have already been looking, and found locked posts, give me a link or give me a phone number

    my problem: Unable to redeem GOW codes from the highly publicized release of GOW Ultimate Edition

    I have all the codes, but it never did the update, and it does not show in que. when I try and use codes from message to try again, it states "code already Used"

    PS I am a casual gamer, I have spent money, time and frustration with your roll outs, you need to be of service and point it back to you. Fix it or refund me for false advertisement. My time is money, I don't work for you or Microsoft, wake up. I am
    the consumer who has a product that is not as it is advertised. it does not promise what the product says it will when I purchased this product. Give me a number to call and offer a way to fix or refund, simple.

    Thanks for looking into this, I just wanted to check if this was resolved yet? Is this not going to have a knock on effect with the next stage of this reward (e.g., playing the games for 10 hours for 6 months consecutively etc)

    Kind of looking forward to this, I used to spend hours on SSX Tricky back in the day so hopefully it plays like that.

    I am going to stick with COD this year. If COD Ghosts is bad, then I will pick up Battlefield 4. I am really looking forward to Titanfall and will most likely spend 2014 playing Titanfall instead of COD.

    and FYI if it says gamertags not found when you searched for it then it isn't in that variation I doubt Support spent hours looking for you

    Most likely it's becauase they can't find it and no they aren't allowed to give you informations about the account or spend hours looking for the exact variation

    When they search they have to use the exact variation

    And if they types the exact variation that you gave it would only come up with the same result

    Accounts have to show up they aren't invisible however you have to use the exact variation so most likely they gave you a generic answer becsusee if they did spend hours with you their boss will be screaming at them telling them to have you look for that
    variation

    Phone support doesn't know how forums works

    And no forums can't be used to request names as it isnt a on demand service

    If it was an Xbox 360 account with that exact name you would see it when you searched
