Discus and support I am not getting the rewards I redeemed in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; [img] I am trying to get these rewards I redeemed with gems I have yet to receive them its been about 144 hours.     I am trying to get these rewards I redeemed with gems I have yet to receive them its been about 144 hours. I was told it needed 92 to 96 hours. I have spoken
    to Microsoft rewards support and then sent me to the call center. I had no luck there I was sent to this forum after a hour I'd like this to get fix. To get the rewards I redeemed. If you have any further questions just contact me I'd like this to get
    solved I was told a ranger? Could solve this. Thank you

  2. I got my Xbox rewards $5 gift card stolen. Could I get another and could you find out who stole it?

    I got an email getting my xbox rewards $5 gift card but when I entered the code, it was already redeemed.

    Hello CRYPTIC SKULL04,

    Based on your post, and your comments about achievements and the date you provide, it sounds like you are not up to date with changes to the program that have occurred over the last three years.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
    consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    As of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases
    from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Your 1250 Credits were from completion of the first time purchase offer. However, since none of your other purchases fulfilled any offer requirements, they did not reward any offer completion Credits. Since you never had at least one MyVIP star, you were
    not eligible for MyVIP payback. Achievements do not factor into Rewards unless as part of a special offer, like this month's Robo Rewards offer. However, that offer requires that you purchase games for that offer before you receive Credit for achievements
    from those purchases.

    It takes 96 hours for the credits to show as pending after redeeming them, but once they are pending they follow normal deposit rules. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Generally,
    if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. Since you got them on the 1st, the credits would be deposited at the end of this
    month.

    • If you don't mind, could you check if the coin packs you redeemed are showing on your Microsoft Rewards order history? You can use the following link to get there: https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory

    If they are, you can use the "Get code" button to see their redeemable codes, or the "Resend" button to have the order's confirmation email sent to you. Please note that depending on your locale and selected language, the "Get code" button might say "Order details" or "View details" instead. Clicking on either of these would work just the same. If you don't see these buttons on your order history, it's likely your order is still being processed.

    • Do keep in mind the redemption of your points can take up to 24 hours to be fully processed. If after 24 hours you don't receive a confirmation email or you are unable to locate the codes/orders in your Rewards Order History, it would be best to contact Microsoft Rewards Support by using the "Contact Microsoft Rewards support" button at the bottom of the Rewards dashboard.

    The order confirmation email can take up to 24 hours to be delivered, so if you just redeemed your points, I'd say there's nothing to worry about.

    Could you try scrolling to the right side of your order history? The "Get Code" and "Resend" buttons I mentioned in my previous reply can also be seen and used on the mobile version of your order history.

    Alternatively, please try checking your order history on a desktop browser instead.
