i am not getting my rewards from pre orders or card punches

the only rewards I get are from surveys and my vip and it not saying that I am gold either and I have been gold for past two years and going forward I will be as of nov 13 2018 is when my latest live exspires why am I getting shafted please help.

Never received my 15,000 credits for punch card completion.

the punch card for Xbox LIVE Rewards 15000 credits bonus it shows my pre-orders for Mafia 3 it shows my pre-order for Watch Dogs 2 but my pre-order for Dead Rising 4 did not register that's why I'm not getting my 15 thousand credits if you check my account
you can see I did pre-order Dead Rising 4.

Hi popcan nine2. We've looked into your account and you are recognized as Gold in the program. You have also been receiving the Gold MyVIP percentage on payback from your purchases. Pre-orders do not qualify for MyVIP. We do have the Games on Demand Pre-Order
punchcard currently running. To complete it, you must pre-order three qualifying titles. You can find out more here: Xbox Live Rewards. We do not see any other actions
that would complete an offer for Rewards Credits.

Yeah, it kinda sucks, but that's how it is. The rewards punch cards are to get people to try games they might not have otherwise. It's a promotion between Microsoft and the company for whos game it is. The same situation applies on purchasing games
vs pre-ordering. If you pre-order and a punch card comes out, it's ineligible to earn that punch card. Sucks because I do love earning the points but I realize that it's to incite those that wouldn't otherwise buy the product, and not reward those that are
already on board.

Preorders do not count towards VIP.

But this is for the pre order punch card so it must count.

i have pre ordered AC Origin and Shadow so far and its not showing as pre ordered will i get the rewards if i pre order another title from the list or do i lose out again on this promo

From our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles,
you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Since your third punch is from your pre-order of Resident Evil, you will receive those Credits around the end of January. Your purchase of Skyrim was not a pre-order, and did not award a punch, so without the Resident Evil punch you are at two out of three
punches.

I pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 weeks ago and it still has not shown up in my punch-card. It is the last of the 3 I need to complete the reward mission. If someone can look into it. Thanks.
