    I have been trying to complete this offer/reward this whole month but I never receive the 500 points. I follow all the steps and multiple times but for some weird reason, it does not want to be "completed". I have an android phone, so any help would be
    appreciated.

    It can take a few days to show up. But you can contact them from the bottom of the page and let them know theres a bug.

    It's good you have screen shots as they will ask for them as proof you have completed it đź‘Ť

    It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check your account. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    But!! After buying the first few ms points cards, I now just get them as gifts or us my bing reward points for avatar items. That is my story and i am sticking to it! :)

    I haven't converted, because I use my Microsoft rewards points to get subscriptions. So I am paying nothing for Live at this point in time and working towards Game Pass subscriptions. I Have Xbox Live now till end of May 2021, so future rewards points
    will go on Game Pass.
