Discus and support I am not getting my points and Microsoft has been "working on it" for months now. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I get these messages on the My Rewards page: Your account needs updating to make a deposit!     I am not getting my points and Microsoft has been "working on it" for months now.


    I get these messages on the My Rewards page:

    Your account needs updating to make a deposit!

    Account Status:
    Temporary Delay in Deposits
    Unfortunately, due to an issue outside of our system, your deposits are not currently going through. Another team is actively working on a fix, but we don’t yet have a resolution date. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. In the meantime, please reach out
    to us on the support forum if we can answer any additional questions or help in any way.

    This has been going on for months and I have not been able to get help. I have a lot of credits. I am not getting credit for the purchases I have made in regards to my VIP status as a result. Please fix this. I have gone in and changed everything I can to
    include deleting out of date addresses and payment methods. Please Help!

    If I disenroll and then enroll again will this fix the problem? Also, will I lose all the points that I have earned? The answer that we are working on it is not sitting well with me. I have been waiting months. It's getting to be ridiculous and feels like
    Microsoft doesn't care about its loyal customers.

    Since this issue lies with your billable account data, recreating your Rewards Account will have no effect on this issue. Opting out of the program will delete your current Rewards Account, so you will lose all the Credits that your currently have pending,
    along with any other information on your Rewards Account. While we will be able to recover any pending Credits, other information will not be available for recovery. Since we do not have access to the billable account database due to privacy and security concerns,
    we are awaiting a resolution from another team. At the current time, they have not yet provided us with a solid estimate on when to expect their resolution. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

    yep, has been happening to me for a month now. Signing in takes multiple tries and sometimes a hard reboot to fix and I am always able to login to my 360.Microsoft needs to fix this. I know my connection is fine because nothing has changed since I got xbox
    one. Worked fine for me for a the first few months.
