I am not getting my 10 virtual keys for the Forza 7 Sweepstakes.

I pre ordered my game the day it came out. I had no way of knowing about this sweepstakes at that time. You should be honoring all preorders made not just the ones during this sweepstakes period. Cause I could just cancel and re-order my game but I am hoping
that we can move past that and just fix this without all the red tape and jumping through hoops.



according to this page on your site you can still get the 10 keys even if you pre-ordered the game before the sweepstakes began. Just as long as you register. Which I did.



And here is my pre-order all paid for.

I will cancel this pre-order and reorder the game if I HAVE to. But honestly I don't want to do that. I would rather just have the 10 keys and let this be over with. Your site does say that no matter when you ordered the game you can still get the keys as
long as you register. (as it is shown at the bottom of the first picture)

10 plays for preordering FM7 not showing

I am not getting the 10 virtual keys for preordering Forza Motorsport 7 for the Forza Motorsport 7 Virtual Key Instant Win & Sweepstakes. Everything else works. I got my five keys for being a fan but not the 10 keys. It's been more than 96 hours, as well.
As you can see there is no check Mark for this. I have a check Mark for being a fan and receiving my 5 keys. I have included 2 screenshots. One showing no check Mark for the 10 keys and one showing my email confirmation for preordering Forza Motorsport 7.

I purchasd the game and didn' get my 10 keys for the game, or my 5,000 points, can someone help me on how to get them promotions Thank You.

 

I am in the same boat. On twitter they told me I'm outta luck, and if I have extras they should show up in 48 hrs, it's been at least that closer to 60 going on 72. And I've received no keys for playing past forza games which I have hundreds if not thousands
of hours doing. I preordered the ultimate edition before the promo started as well how was I to know there was to be one. I feel like I'm getting shafted on plays for the po, and the rewards creds. Just cuz I didn't do this before that at this time when it's
supposed to be that time. The preordered is user account history, cut the red tape, our pre-orders matter just as much as those who waited and we're aware of a promo. I didn't even know there was one till I was in the forza forums.

 

I also want to clarify that I'm personally more concerned with receiving the rewards creds vs the virtual keys, as I know how odds on things like this are slim to none that I'll win anything except the driver gear I already won which I'm pretty sure just
about everyone gets that at some point. That and the rewards credits can actually go to something I can enjoy, giving them back to ms for more content.

 

I preordered far before the offer period, but according to the fine print I should still get the keys - nothing yet. When should I expect these?

 

I am having the same issue, ordered on the 1st and still havent received my points or keys.

I am having the same issue as well as not getting keys for playing the previous iterations. I can't get a response either.
