I am not getting my 10 keys for the Virtual rewards fro Forza 7

according to this page WHEN i pre-ordered my game does not matter to get the keys. If I have to I will cancel my order and reorder the game just to get the
10 keys but I am hoping that I won't have to do that and we can just skip that and got directly to where I get 10 keys for buying the game.

As you can see I have ordered the game and paid for it. I just want to make sure I get the 10 keys for this as the sweepstakes you guys have is really cool. Please tell me that you can help me out. I have been through three different support things here
and none of them could help me.

Forza 7 virtual key and sweepstakes

I never got the 10 keys from pre-ordering Forza 7. Is there anything else I need to do before getting the virtual keys after signing up with xbox live rewards? Thanks!

No Virtual Keys or Xbox Rewards Credits for Purchase of Forza 7

I purchased Forza 7 on 10/01/17 and have not received my virtual keys or 5000 rewards credits. I waited more than 96 hours for them to be posted before contacting support.

I am in the same boat. On twitter they told me I'm outta luck, and if I have extras they should show up in 48 hrs, it's been at least that closer to 60 going on 72. And I've received no keys for playing past forza games which I have hundreds if not thousands
of hours doing. I preordered the ultimate edition before the promo started as well how was I to know there was to be one. I feel like I'm getting shafted on plays for the po, and the rewards creds. Just cuz I didn't do this before that at this time when it's
supposed to be that time. The preordered is user account history, cut the red tape, our pre-orders matter just as much as those who waited and we're aware of a promo. I didn't even know there was one till I was in the forza forums.

I preordered far before the offer period, but according to the fine print I should still get the keys - nothing yet. When should I expect these?
