    I got an email stating, "Is a new Xbox on YOUR holiday wish list? Make the move to Xbox One and get 30,000 Rewards Credits when you buy your new console from MicrosoftStore.com. P.S. Gold members will get 50,000 Rewards Credits, plus free expedited shipping." The
    date range was 8/29/16-12/31/16.

    This was the only reason I decided to buy an Xbox One. I reinstated my gold subscription then I followed the link and purchased a console and it didn't mention anything about the promo on the site, so I wasn't sure I ordered it right. Therefore, right after
    I ordered it I chatted with support and they assured me it was correct. Once I got my order, I set everything up and chatted with support again asking where the points were. At that time I was told to wait 2-3 weeks to receive them. Since then, I have moved
    and been really busy for another 2 weeks or so. I just got back to looking into this and still don't have the 50,000 reward points. I chatted just now and was told to post here b/c the Xbox Live support has limited access and couldn't help me with my request/issue.

    I am tired of contacting Xbox for points I should've received automatically. PLEASE HELP RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, SO I CAN STOP HAVING TO CONTACT XBOX AND GET THE POINTS I WAS PROMISED.

    The reply I received, from XBLRewards8, said "

    Hello ,

    Since you were not targeted for the 50,000 Credit offer for free expedited shipping with your console purchase, you received the default 30k for your purchase. This was placed into your account on January 3rd, and deposited into your Microsoft Account as
    currency on January 25th."

    I have 179 points in my account and 379 lifetime points. I see the currency I received was $31.25. I was a gold member and should've received 50,000 points not 31.25 in currency.

    There were 2 offers to receive credits for purchasing a console (they actually only ran from October to the end of December). Either the default offer of 30,000 credits or the offer for 50,000 credits. The offer for 50,000 credits was not given to everyone
    and was not just for gold members. In order to qualify, you had to be chosen for the offer (you would have either received a specific email for that offer including a code, or the offer would have shown on the Missions page of the Rewards site when you signed
    in, begin gold was not a requirement). If you were not chosen for the 50,000 credit off (as support stated), you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits.

  5. I still have the email that has the correct dates that I quoted and it makes no mention of what you are talking about when it comes being chosen. You must be talking about some other offer

    The offer was advertised in multiple places, but that is not the direct offer you would have received. Per the terms and conditions of the offer, the 50,000 credits were only available to select members. If you had been selected for that offer, you would
    have seen the 50,000 credit offer listed on the Missions page of the rewards site instead of the 30,000 (so you could also receive the code for free shipping) and/or you would have received an email that looked like this - https://click.helloworldmail.com/YesConnect/HtmlMessagePreview?FyLanCefVp02n-x_akl4eNZaR7RnHW7FvgjfT...
    Simply going gold would not have been enough to trigger the 50,000 credit offer.

    Since when we selected members for this offer (targeted them) you were not Gold, you did not receive the 50,000 Credit offer for Gold members. As Smwutches says, if you had been targeted for this offer, your MyMissions page would have had this offer with
    a expedited shipping code. Since you were not Gold at the time we sent out this offer, you instead received the 30,000 Credit offer.
