    I am not getting credit for the final 3 achievements I should have unlocked in "Assassin's Creed: Origins". Plus, a boatload of achievements that should have unlocked in "Shadow of War".

    Achievements Not Unlocking

    Yep, I just realized I should have had two achievements unlocked in Destiny, and I'm not getting credit for them. First time this has happened to me.

    Trouble with Tracking Achievements in FH2 Fast & Furious

    I have unlocked all of the achievements for Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious. However, it says that I have unlocked 23/25 achievements for 860G, rather than all 25 achievements for 1000G. If I check the game's achievements, it will say that I unlocked
    all 25 of them, but on my gamercard, it isn't giving me credit for unlocking all the achievements.

    I just filled out the survey. I had already waited a while to see if they unlocked naturally, and tried recovering my gamertag. Neither of those worked.

    Achievements have stopped working

    I, as well, am having the same problem. Played through Lego Marvel and I got about 4 achievements that popped and when I look at the game progress shows that I have unlocked them but I am not credited with the gamerscore. I have unlocked achievements since
    and they work normally, but, I still have not gotten the points from the original 4 achievements.

    Account under investigation achievements question

    You will NOT get credit for any achievements you unlock while playing offline during an investigation. You have to recover your account that is from the day you reported the problem. Your game saves will still be there, but any achievements you earned
    will be gone. If you care about GS then you can't even use your XBOX at all during the investigation.

    This is a fact. I literally just had it happen to me right at this moment. I have to start Skyrim over after 70 hours play time. I had 40 achievements unlocked. I am now back to just 18 unlocked and cannot get some of those achievements because things
    are already done and the game isn't giving me credit for them after loading.

    Needless to say, I'm not playing Skyrim anymore and won't for a long time now.
