    There may be an issue with the app. Please repair and reset by following the steps below:

    Settings > Apps > Apps installed > Search for "Xbox" app > Advanced Options > Repair > Reset > Restart your PC.

    Can you please launch a cloud gaming game and then go to "volume mixer" and make sure that it is set for the correct audio speaker?
