I am not being published to the "The One" site. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have contacted Lynn from Xbox support and she told me to make this post. If anyone has this problem or has a fix, please do tell.

That was published by Activision and developed by Raven Software.

This one is being published by Bethesda and developed by MachineGames.

 

Not Able To Connect To Servers? Error Code 256?

Is anyone else having this issue when trying to play online. It sits there and says "Fetching Data" forever and then I get an error message that says, "The Call of Duty: Ghosts server is not available at this time. Please try again later or visit Activision Support
for updates." Then below that it says, "Error Code: 256." This has been happening to me for the past 3 hours. I have talked to some friends and they aren't having any issues. Can someone tell me if this is just me or is anyone else experiencing this issue?
