I am not achieving any progress and achievements

I have been playing Wither 3 for about a week and it says I have played for 29 hours. But my progress is 0%, I have 0 kills, 0 potions created and 0 deaths. Find out on the games leaderboards. And something that was super strange was the when I played battlefield
hardline, I wasn't getting and achievements for completing story missions. I hope someone will understand what's going on with my Xbox or my account. And it would suck soooooooo much if I had to restart the Witcher from playing it for 29 hours. Thanks to anyone

:)

I am not achieving any progress and achievements

Hi X Gold Fury X,

Sorry you're having problems with your achievements. There is a KB article for this that I'll post below for you as well as the steps. Also see the support forum for Achievement Unlocking issues.

Solution 1: Check your achievement progress on your console

You may not be notified of or see an updated gamerscore right away when you unlock an achievement. The Xbox Live service validates your achievement, which may cause a short delay.

If your gamerscore is not updated online, verify that it’s updated locally on your Xbox One console. After your gamerscore is updated on your console, verify that the changes are synchronized on Xbox Live.

To see your achievements on your console:

1. On the Home screen, select My games and apps and then Achievements, or say “Xbox, go to Achievements.”
2. Select Games or Apps.
3. Select the game or app you’re trying to unlock. If you don’t see it on the main screen, scroll to the right and select the “” icon beneath the last tile to show all Xbox One games and apps.
4. If the achievement appears under “Your Achievements,” it has already been unlocked.
5. Select the locked achievement to see the percentage toward completion. The achievement is unlocked when the percentage reaches 100%.
Note If you have the TrueAchievements app installed on your console, the option to search the app is displayed. This lets you confirm you’ve completed all of the required elements to unlock that achievement.

If your achievement is unlocked on your console, it may not be synchronized with Xbox Live. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronization to take place.

Solution 2: Check your achievement progress online

You can check the progress of your achievement online to verify that your console has synchronized with Xbox Live.

To view your achievements online:

1. Sign in at xbox.com and select Achievements.
2. Select the title of the achievement you’re trying to unlock.
3. If the achievement appears under “Achievements,” it’s already unlocked.
If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the console isn’t yet synchronized with Xbox Live, or the achievement was not successfully unlocked.

Solution 3: Ensure you’re connected to Xbox Live

If a completed achievement hasn't appeared online after 72 hours, your console may not be connected to Xbox Live. If you completed an achievement or challenge while offline, you won’t receive related notices or rewards until you connect to Xbox Live.

To check that you’re connected:

1. Press the Menu button on your controller and select Settings.

1. Select Network, and then select Test network connection.

If you don’t see a message confirming that your console is connected to the Internet, you can follow the steps listed in Xbox One Network Connection Error
Solution
to help troubleshoot your problem.
Solution 4: Restart your console

Restarting your console will ensure that any achievements awaiting synchronization on the console are re-sent to Xbox Live.

To restart your console:

1. Press the Menu button on your controller and select Settings.
2. Select Power & startup, and then select Restart now.
3. On the Restart your console screen, select Yes.
If you can't restart your console this way, you can also restart by following these steps:

1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds, until the console shuts down.
2. Press the Xbox button on the wireless controller to turn on both the controller and the console.
Once you’ve restarted your console, allow up to 72 hours for the synchronization to take place.

Solution 5: Remove and redownload your account

The account information stored on your console may be out of date. To update your account information, delete and then redownload your account. Here's how:

1. Remove your account from your console.
2. Restart your console following the steps listed in Solution 4.
3. Redownload your account to your console.
Note These steps don't uninstall any games or apps.

I looked on my online progression for achievements and it didn't even show that I have played The Witcher 3. It's not a recently played game. It says something about my Teredo ID, but another console in my house has no problem with testing multiplier connection.
I am so lost.

Try turning off IPv6 on your router and use IPv4. Usually fixes Toredo IP

Yes. Get with your ISP or the manufacturer of the router and request how to go from IPv6 to IPv4 DHCP.
