    Hi Shirley!

    What exactly is your console model or version? When did this issue start to occur? When you press the power button, it doesn't light up as well?

    Have you tried to plug it into a different room or wall outlet? Do not use any surge protector.

    Brand new Xbox One is very buggy and regularly freezing...

    I'm able to turn my XBox One one on with my controller but then the whole thing is unresponsive. All I am able to do is hit the home button and turn it back off. Very frustrating and disappointing as it is a gift for my son and he was able to use it once
    so far. Anyone working on this issue?

    Sending messages

    I turned off my Xbox and unplugged it for about 30 seconds and i am able to send messages now thanks everyone

    I would suggest contacting support by phone they will be able to resolve this issue for you.
