    I am not able to send messages on xbox one nor the xbox one app on my phone.


    I have tired many time to fix with with two phone calls to xbox support, neither time were we able to find a solution.

    I can't send messages on anything connected with Xbox one or pc app or phone app etc.

    I can't send messages on Xbox one or Xbox one pc app or Xbox one app on phones I'm not banned and I can't find any solutions to this problem

    Social issues. Adding friends sending messages

    Seems I can't add new friends via my xbox one console or the phone app.

    Also can't send messages on phone app when xbox is on.

    When I uninstall then reinstall the app on phone it let's me send messages for a short period of time then stops again

    Very annoying.... I am not able to send messages on xbox one nor the xbox one app on my phone. :(

    Sorry to hear about the messaging issue persisting. The thing is that specific message send you to our article

    "Why can't I send messages from my Xbox One or the Xbox App?"     which this article indicates you need to add a phone number so you can receive a text with a verification code to be able to verify your account and send messages.

    I understand you mention not having a phone, by any chance would a parent or a sibling be able to add their number to verify your account? If so give it a shot and follow the steps on the article.
