    I am not able to see my achievements on my xbox one and smartphone app


    Guys, I can see my achievements on xbox.com but not on my xbox one and smartphone app, its just keep loading and no achievements are shown. Someone please help.. I am not able to see my achievements on my xbox one and smartphone app :(

    Xbox app on Win10 not working

    Hello!

    I recently bought Xbox ONE. When I open Xbox app on my laptop there are still posts from Xbox 360 activity. Achievementes and last played games and everything is from Xbox 360. I downloaded android app Xbox to my smartphone and there is everything fine.
    It showing last played games and achievements from Xbox ONE as it should be...

    So where is problem? I tried to install some Xbox (beta) app on Win10 but again this app is showing old stuff...

    Unable to redeem 12month membership

    Never mind. Was able to successfully redeem it through the xbox app on my smartphone.

    Sure thing! First off I'm seeing this on the XBox One console under the achievements section. I'm also seeing it show up on the achievement section on xbox.com, the xbox app on my smartphone and the xbox app on Windows 10. Here are a couple of screenshots.
    I can get screenshots from Windows 10 and the Xbox One Console vas well if you need them. All four of them show up exactly like this though

    My gamerscore is showing as 79,495

    I am seeing this on the xbox one, xbox.com, true achievements and the xbox live android app.

    My gamerscore should be 80,350.

    there is an app (and also website too) and it is called TrueAchievements. I use it a lot to track my achievements, they have guides too if you want. chek their website or download the app to your smartphone or even you Xbox One Console! www.trueachievements.com

    Why do I see achievement text in French?

    Hey Tom -

    Could you provide a bit more information for us? Are you seeing French achievements for all games or only for specific ones? If specific, which games? And are you seeing this on the Xbox One itself or on your smartphone or on a PC Xbox App?
