Depending on where are you located, PayPal can be available as a valid payment method or not.
If you're not able to see it, probably that means is not available in your region.

Just to double check, try adding PayPal from here (check that you select the correct country)

You still need a creditcard or bank card

Paypal isn't available in all regions

And you would still need a creditcard or debit as you have to add a recurring payment option to add the subacription

Switching regions wont work as your payment option must match the code region

So if you are trying to redeem an out of region code it won't work

i am a student and dont have a credit card
