Emails are sent to your contact email on file, which may or may not be your primary email. Please go to
http://commerce.microsoft.com/ and click on "Billing Info" once you get there. From there, it will show you your contact email address. Please make sure that is set to the correct email.

If you have forgotten your password, please go to
http://xbox.com/forgot/

If you have forgotten the email OR the phone number on the account but remember one of them and can't pass the Security Proofs on the account or have lost access to your account for another unknown reason, please go to
http://account.live.com/acsr/ and fill out that form to recover the account.

Oh, yes. Well, it goes like this; I used my yahoo email as a proof for my hotmail account. That worked for SOME things-mainly for receiving Microsoft XBOX emails at that yahoo email, but I still want to be able to sign in on xbox.com and my console/others'
consoles using my live.com account/PW from created from my newest email (instead of having to remember I have an email/PW I only use for xbox).

This must be a niche complaint on my part, and I'm sorry for how confusing this sounds.

So in summary I still need to:

1) Lose this message "remove all subscriptions from microsoft" in order to remove my existing yahoo Live Account that has an irremovable profile attached to it

2) Be able to change the email (not security proof) associated with the Live Account currently in-use for this gamertag.

*This option is broken on live.accounts.com

When you say you deleted your old email address do you mean you deleted it from Google?

Unfortunately there is not a way to transfer a Xbox profile from one Microsoft account to another.

What you could do if you did not purchase anything with the new Microsoft account.

You can add a dummy email to the Yahoo Microsoft account make that dummy email as the primary email and then remove the Yahoo email from that Microsoft account.

Then add the Yahoo email to the Old Google Microsoft account and make the yahoo email the primary email for that account and then you would be able to remove the Google email from the old Microsoft account.

All this is doing is changing the email address that is associated with signing into your Microsoft account.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you created a new Microsoft account, and you would like to transfer your saved data and content from one account to another. Each account has it's own saved progress, achievement progress,
content and licenses. There is not an option to move saved data or content and licenses from one Microsoft account to another. The Xbox One does have

the home console feature which allows a Microsoft account to share some of it's content and subscriptions, but it does not share saved data. We hope this information helps
