I cant post a case review?

So just to sum this up, I was away for a week and my cousin was using my account while i was gone and i went to get on my Xbox today 2-20-17 to play with friends and I find out that I can not join party's because something to do with my cousin and harassment.
And I got upset because I have vacation next week and I hope to not be banned because of my cousins mistakes.This account is shared gold with the account that my cousin was using that has the full gold subscription not this account. So I cant file for a case
review because I am not a full gold member.. Please get back to me it would be very appreciated

Hi there! I am sorry to hear about what happened.

To confirm, your account was banned over a year now? If that's the case, even if it was eligible for a case review, you may not be able to submit a case review at this moment because a case review may be eligible only within 12 months from suspension.

I am afraid that there's not much we can do about this matter.

The Enforcement Team does not post here on the forums. The only way to get in contact with them is to submit a case review, if you're eligible.

Log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com to review your suspension details, and see if you're eligible for a case review.

I cannot submit a case review.. the suspension isn't on my account.. I sign into the enforcement page and I scroll down and I see no suspension... so therefore I am not able to submit a case review. I contacted the support line on Microsoft and they told
me about my suspension.. but I am un able to file a case review since I cannot see the suspension penalty on my account on the enforcement page.
