I am not able to log in to my primary account and it keeps saying 0x8007003B, what do i do?

What you described above is exactly what I am trying to do. My son has an email that is already linked as my "child" if I remove that and change the account to his email as the primary alias and then remove mine, will I then be able to add him back to my
Microsoft account as my child, now with my old gamertag as his (so he can keep all his stats and such)?

Ye, thnaks. I am referring to the individual LIVE passcode. I have recovered my account numerous times, and it comes back as soon as I log off. I am worried what will happen to the family account if I delete the profile as I am the primary. How do you clear
the system cache?

thanks for trying.. I am able to add a new email account without issues, the problem is when making it my primary account i cant log into xbox pc (beta) with it. Once i change the primary account back, it works again.

Why do this?

I called Microsoft support, we factory reset the console and readded the accounts. Current status is if I log in to my primary account first, then log in to my secondary account at the same time, it works. If I don't log in to primary first, then only do secondary it doesn't connect to Xbox live. Very odd, never had to do this before.
