I am not able to join my friends realm on Minecraft.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble joining your friend's Realm. Can you confirm if you are playing Bedrock Edition on your PC?

Please try to have your friend invite you directly to the Realm instead of a Share Link to see if that will help. After they have sent an invitation to your gamertag, go to Minecraft Main Menu > click on the bell icon on the left side of the screen > then select Invites. Please select Accept then check if it's now showing under Joinable Realms list.

I am having same issue, my friend has xbox one 1.16 nether update version and i have the nintendo switch 1.14.3 version and it will not let me into realm. The realm acct/world was created on my friend’s xbox one. Is there any solution to this problem?

As the others have said previously, your friend on Xbox is in the Minecraft Beta. The only way you would be able to join their realm is if they left the beta and downgraded to the "current" version. Good Luck!

Hello I am experiencing this problem with Minecraft im trying to join my friends realms but it said you cannot play minecraft realms because of how your account is set up. You can change your privacy and online settings in aka.ms/account settings
but it never works i cant find privacy settings anywhere it sends me to xbox support everytime. Please help

If it asks you for a game pass to join your friends in Minecraft, it may be because the kingdom owner has changed the kingdom's privacy settings. If the realm owner has set the privacy settings to “Friends Only,” only players who have an Xbox Game Pass membership will be able to join the realm.

If you're not sure if the kingdom owner has changed their privacy settings, you can ask them directly. If you don't have an Xbox Game Pass membership and want to join the realm, you'll need to purchase a membership or ask the realm owner to change your privacy settings.
