I am not able to download games in xbox 360, simply the download gets to 0 and sometimes ...

Sometimes older games won't download because Xbox is always changing. When this happens they don't get the updated versions for the games which sometimes causes them not to download. This is assuming, of course, that your download is failing at 0% and doesn't
download at all.

I no longer own a Xbox 360 and was able to download Dirt 3 onto my Xbox One console so having to download it on a 360 console 1st is simply not true.

Thanks for the info I was able to get my account to download on my xbox 360 and I am able to play on it but still no luck downloading my account on my other xbox 360 so i would say it is still hit or miss.

Before trading in format the hard drive to remove all your content and gamertag from the machine, no one will be able to access it then.

When you recover the gamertag on an xbox one you simply get use of the profile, games saves and downloads dont come across as they are 360 only, if you go back to a 360 at a later date you can re- download your games but saves will be lost.

360 games arent backwards compatible with xbox one

I am faced with this issue myself when I am trying to get a 360 title on my One. I just get on my 360 and download the game which adds it to my purchase history, and then from there I am able to go to the Microsoft store on my One to download it. I hope
