I am not able to download games in the "download again", it does not load

I am able to login and download my profile again. However, I am trying to download and play the game World of Tanks... I am receiving a code: 8C230002.

I am in Italy, I'm trying to download the game again

However, it does not complete the download and restart the download from beginning. On the storage it says incomplete download.

What do I have to do know??

And it's just not one game it's five or six games and then it takes all day to download download them again.

Are you downloading the games over a wireless connection, or are you using a hard wired connection. Also, do the game install properly and operate for a while, and then they are suddenly forcing you to download the full game again, or are they never able
to load in the first place?

Does anyone knows how to fix this problem. I have the same problems for Shadows of War. Tried logging again, restarting, and downloading again but when I try to download the game, the error pops up and I can't download it

I was able to start the download for another game that was added today, "My time at portia" and the game started to download properly

I am having the exact same issue, although on an original 360. My HDD is official and I have had no other problems with 360 games. I have also had an issue playing original xbox games, but I don't know if that is linked.

I have repeatedly downloaded the game, cleared the cache, restarted the console. The game was initially purchased on 6/6/11 and the most recent download is 6/7/11.

It says no refunds, but the game flat out does not load and states to download again.
