I am not able to download Civilization Revolution with my xbox live gold membership!

I have tried to obtain the new FREE game available with Gold but I am getting the message:

"Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

I've also tried to download it directly on my console and I get an error message 80150017.

Please, help! How can I get this content?

hello since idk how to make a new discussion i will ask my new concern here. ok right now xbox Games With Gold announced civilization revolution and dungeon defenders this march. ok now i want to download the civilization revolution but it says "sorry this
item is not available in your location" i am a member now in the xbox live gold for 12mons and i just want to know if the digital copy of the game has region lock? i have an ntsc j console and i want to know if its region lock. thank you

i have the same problem, i bought the xbox in italy, but now im living in uruguay, i download all the others games with gold, but i can't download Civilization Revolution

 

Could be the content is not yet Activated.

Error code (80150017) means:

•The video is no longer (NOT YET) available on Xbox Live. You will have to select another video to play.

•You have selected a video that is not available in your region.

•The video may not have been activated by the merchant you purchased it from.

•A Microsoft account-related error occurred during a purchase.

Make sure that you have a subscription of 1 month, 3 months or 12 months on your account.

Billing information on your account are updated.

You can try to download again the content after 2 hours.

Actually that code is usually a region issue. Does your account region match your physical location?

 

Currently Xbox is having issues with download contents (plus a few other areas). Please try again a later for it could all be due to the problems with Xbox Live at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing. I confirmed this by calling
and talking to Xbox Live Agent. So please be patient while they work on resolving this issue.

Have you tried clearing your Xbox/web browser cache?

Xbox 360 or Xbox One?

 

I assume that we still talk about the same 80150017 error. In 5th March my subcription will expire and nothing has changed.

 

all you have to do is make sure your account region matches your actual region and viola you can download it

that is usually a region error and that wont go away

 

vpns wont work (also billing error if you have outdated payment method but usually a regional error ) and yes it is region locked

 

I managed to download game using xbox.com. However, my console downloads the game but when reachs 100% disapeared. Any help?

 

ya use an account for your actual region

using a website or vpn wont help you

your account region must match your actual region to download it

since most failures at 99% is because of mismatched regions im guessing either you had a relative o friend queue it for you in region or a vpn which doesn't work

you would still need to be actually in region to download it

because not all games are region locked

does your account region actually reflect your actual region?

if it doesn't vpns do not work all the time if you use such shaddy methods it doesn't work all the time

there were lots of other region locked games

lets see halo3 , left for dead, dead island ac 2 among various other titles
