I am not able to connect to my Wi fi router.

I was able to connect to my wifi in the past , however from past couple of days ,I am not able to connect to my wifi router. When I turn on my xbox one console , it lists down all the wifi SSID's in the vicinity , however my wifi SSID is missing. When I
try searching for my wifi router , nothing shows up.I am able to connect to my wifi from my laptop, phones etc.

unable to connect xbox console to wi fi again.

Ever since I had to adjust something to connect my I phone to wi fi... my xbox connection to wi fi has been dislodged. The wi fi router company that I dealt with - guided me through each step to get my phone connected, but has now caused the xbox to not
be connecting to the wi fi configuration. Please help! I am not so computer savy to be able to figure this out on my own.

New router.. MAC address??

I bought a new router but cant connect my Xbox to the Wi-Fi. It's saying my router or modem may be filtering out some devices. How do I make sure its not filtering out my Mac address and connect to the Wi-Fi?

At the back of your router there's a tiny hole you can press using a ball pen for 5 sec to factory reset it. Please note that after a factory reset, you will have to connect to your network using the default Wi-Fi SSID or name and Wi-Fi password indicated at the back of your router or manual.

Yes, Wi-Fi has to deal with software but it's a hardware just like bluetooth. A device won't be able to support Wi-Fi if there's no hardware for Wi-Fi or wireless connectivity or let's simply put it as a wireless card.

If you're able to connect your Xbox Wi-Fi to your phone's hotspot, then it means your Wi-Fi may be having some issues. You can contact your Wi-Fi router manufacturer for more troubleshooting tips.

you might need to connect 1 of your Xbox's to Wi-Fi and the other thought a wired connection or get a better Wi-Fi router.

do you have a wired connection to your router or is it wi-fi?

if it is wi-fi, are there any electronic devices near the router or console that could be causing interference?

can you connect with an ethernet cable to see if the download completes with a wired connection?
