I am not able to add my UPI VPA when i added UPI ID verification failed show

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues using your UPI VPA as a payment method. As part of our isolation, please try processing your payment using a different device and use a different browser such as Microsoft Edge then use Incognito or InPrivate mode.

If you're still having issues regardless of browser and your UPI is working on different merchants, I would recommend that you contact Microsoft support for your profile to be checked internally and see what's causing this issue.

1-Access the Microsoft contact us at this link.

2-Click on Windows and then click on "Get Home support"

3-Write a brief description of your request or issue in the box then click the "Get Help" button.

4-Click on the "Contact Support" button located at the bottom of the page. If you are not logged in, you will see "Sign in to Contact Support". Log in to your Microsoft account.

5-Select your Product or Service. Choose a Category then click Confirm

6-Lastly, choose a support option

Money has deducted by no order number is provided what should i do to get as it my subscription no status is been showing of my payment and i have paid to this upi id (Microsoft Regional Sales Corporation UPI ID: microsoftregional.bdsi@icici) it will be refunded or not

If you're referring to the payment method UPI Unified Payments Interface adding on Microsoft account, I'm afraid this payment option is not available at the moment.
