    I am no longer receiving official messages from Xbox, looking for a fix.


    I used to get messages from Xbox that were announcements, free codes, etc., but I no longer receive any communications from Xbox itself. The last one I got was in October 2020.

    I have no other issues getting messages or notifications from friends, lfg's or clubs.

    Any insight or a solution to start receiving official messages from Xbox again would be appreciated. Thanks.

    If you have not received these it is because you have not been selected for these awards, as for game announcements, these are no longer sent through messages, the announcements appear on the main screen

    The type of messages are from Xbox specifically. They vary in topics. I receive no communications from Xbox in my messages anymore. I used to get them all the time, not since 10/20. I never made any changes to my settings, I just stopped receiving them even though I know others get them.

    Game announcements.

    Codes for free game add ons or dlc.

    Codes for free movie rentals.

    Free Xbox gift cards.

    So you are saying that the messages sent out now by Xbox only contain rewards and if you are targeted you will receive them, if not you get no communications?

    No information about Xbox Gold, Game Pass, Xcloud, Xbox news? These subjects were in messages I used to receive.
