I am muted even though my settings are not on mute

I tried using my headphones and no one can hear me. I can hear them but they cannot hear me. I went through all of the possible settings to see if my mic was on mute but it is not. I went on the app and tried to use my phone and it still makes me mute when
it is not on mute. I thought it was my mic at first but since i even used the app and it still has me on mute, i know that my mic is not the issue. I trued to see if something changed in my privacy settings and nothing has it so that i would be mute. At first
i thought my gold pass expired but people told me that i would not even be able to join the party if it was expired.

check your settings to verify that you are not muted, ask your friends to verify that they have not silenced you or fianlemte verify that your headset does not have a mute button activated

tried the adapter, Still not working. The mute symbols always on even though I'm not muted

Did you check the Recording section of your sound settings? Mine quit working and apparently when I checked the arctis 5 mic was not the default and I made it the default. Then I went to levels in the properties and for some reason it was muted even though it had been set to level 100 and never muted.

This happens to me sometimes I accidentally mute it like through the settings and stuff or under the audio or you might even be muted or it might just be broke but try seeing if you are muted or not

It also mutes everyone in the party and wont let anyone un mute them. It's also has everyone offline even though they arent.
