my live gold subscription apear in my xbox account over internet from my labtop, but it does not apear on my xbox one and not fuction

I have one month xbox live gold subscription expire on 06/20/2016, I see this information from my account over internet using my laptop. but when using my xbox one my gold supscription does not apear and does not working.

I have this gold subscription since 05/20/2016 and It work for 15 days, but today it stop working

any one can help please

Are you sure your Gold membership hasn't expired? You are only showing silver here too.

Hey there Svelter. Could you provide some more details about what happened? The account your posting with here as Genesis pointed out is showing up as Silver. Is that the account you're asking about? We may be able to help you here but keep in mind that
if anything specific about the account comes up like private information you may need to call into support.

you can check the account byt going to
http://account.microsoft.com and signing in and checking your billing info and account info.

Are you posting with a new account because the other account is banned? If so you'll need to check
enforcement.xbox.com/home

My account state corruption/inconsistency that is under Microsoft server control as seen under support requests
[Mod Removed - Personal Info] and [Mod Removed - Personal Info].

I paid for XBox Gold, then reach for Microsoft support when the game was available but system crashed when trying to get it, then took Microsoft close to one month to fix, I would think for any respectable business I have seen in the past, the business will
make things right like adding the game to my account, make sense right?

I know Apple would do it, I had similar issue with them before.
