I am missing points

I completed two of the missions in March 2017 to accrue more points. I purchased Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition, but I also spent over the $60 needed to complete another mission. I think that was was worth like 15,000 credits or something like that.
I was awarded the credits though for the Ghost Recon Wildlands purchase. The points though from spending $60 or more though have not hit my account yet. When can I expect them? I did this all before the missions expired.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. We see that you have been earning Credits on your purchases, like your Goat Simulator purchases in September. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
Note that MyVIP payback is awarded as a monthly whole by the 15th of the following month as sated in the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

So it is too early to see Credit for your purchase this month.

 

Am I missing reward points?

I have been using Xbox Rewards for a long time and have enjoyed collecting points and redeeming my rewards. However, I've noticed that I am no longer earning rewards for things like game purchases or renewing my Xbox Live membership. Can you please check
to see if there is an issue with my account, or am I overlooking something?

Support will double check, but keep in mind that the credits for the Ghost Recon offer should show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped as long as you purchased a physical disc from microsoftstore.com (digital purchases were not eligible).

The Ghost Recon offer was only for physical purchases from MicrosoftStore.com, as stated in the FAQ for that offer:



Which items are eligible for this offer?

To qualify for this offer, you must order a hard-copy disc of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands for Xbox One from MicrosoftStore.com during
the offer period. This offer is good for one purchase only. You can earn up to 15,000 Rewards Credits, depending on which version of the game you purchase:

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Standard Edition: 10,000 Rewards Credits

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Deluxe Edition: 12,000 Rewards Credits

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition: 15,000 Rewards Credits



Since your purchase was made digitally, it was not eligible for that offer. The Credit event on your account is from the Simply Rewarding (the $60 offer) completion, not from the Ghost Recon offer. Those Credits were placed as pending on March 10th,
and deposited on March 29th.
