I am miss rewards and gems.

I completed the My Challenges Golden Age and did not get the 200 gems for it. I spent 119.98 on two years worth of live gold trying to get the 200 gems and still nothing. I got no rewards for the $9.99 Game Pass subscription. I got no rewards for the $241.78
I spent on games and dlc over the past three months. Please look at my past order history and help me out with this. Thank you.

Everything worth buying out of stock even digital goods

I have 1300+ my vip gems that i cant spend on anything worth buying and a deadline to spend them. currently in the xbox live rewards program (if they weren't out of stock) i could buy 2x 10k rewards credits equivalent to 10 dollars xbox currency for 500
my vip gems each and 1x 5k rewards credits equivalent to 5 dollars xbox currency for 250 my vip gems. Why is a digital item out of stock i dont like the exchange rate from my vip gems to microsoft rewards program. It has a 1 to 1 exchange rate 1 gem equals
1 microsoft point and currently it will cost me 25,000 microsoft rewards ponits to get the same amount 25 dollars. I will also miss the rebates for going digital and movie rentals. 1,250 my vip gems = 25,000 rewards credits = 25 dollars xbox currency. Please
do the rite thing here give us what we deserve as loyal customers and fans or leave the program alone. Id prefer the later. Make it rite.....

Redeemed gems for a vault prize (10k & 5k reward points) and I still haven't received them HELP

I redeemed my gems and haven't received my rewards. The gems show as redeemed please help and send my 15k reward points Thank you

The Golden Age is for six full months of Xbox Live Gold. Since it has only been five months since Gems were created in October, it is not possible to have completed this challenge. There is no offer that awards anything for just one month of Game Pass. We
see that you have received multiple rewards for your purchases in the past few months. It sounds like you are unfamiliar with how our program works. As outlined in the FAQ:

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you were a zero star member, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases until last month. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Those are for gems which are not the same as rewards credits. Credits usually are automatically added to your account. Gems that are listed as deposited are from offers that automatically add them to your account, so you're not missing anything there. There
are a few gem offers that require you to claim the gems instead of automatically adding to your total. So those are listed as claimed instead of deposited.

Credits and Gems are not the same. The amount being displayed on your vault page is your current Gem total, not your Credits.

Gems only started on October 1. So you would not have been awarded for anything done prior to that date.
