I AM MISING A GAME AND MOCROSOFT DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

That and another thing DLC does not normally show up under ready to install where you would find that is if you go into my games and apps and highlight the game hit the start/menu button and go to manage game that is where it should show up and it would
say if its installed or not and allow you to install it from there if its not.

According to the email you just need to contact them and give them the reference code to get a replacement code. It doesn't sound like they closed it without providing a solution.

If microsoft had not required mocrosoft live for the game, it would still work. I am not asking for life long support. I am just asking for microsoft to kill that requirement. And allow customers to be able to keep downloading the DLC they have paid for.

I am having trhe same problem.

Can someone from Mocrosoft support answer to this ??

Please try to remove and re-add the card from your payment options. You can remove the payment method by doing the steps below.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

Select Payment options.

In the box that contains your current payment option, select the box that contains the trash can icon to Remove your payment method.

You can add it again by doing the steps below.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

Select Payment options.

Select Add a new payment method.

Choose a payment option, and then follow the instructions to add or update your payment option.

Try purchasing it again and see if it works.

If it's still not working, please try purchasing the in-game currency on a web browser through the Microsoft Store Xbox page on your computer.
