I am looking how to appeal a decision for a case review about a ban

I have been a member on Xbox live for 10 years, since the beginning, in the entire span of time, I have had two suspensions, and they were communication only bans, recently, I have been permanent suspended out of nowhere and even after the case review, I
don't believe I was able to voice my side of the story. I'm just wondering if there's any other way of being able to appeal this decision because it does not make sense how someone that's a member for 10 years, has a good reputation, and two minor commination
bans can get permanently suspended. I also tried support but support cannot do anything about it since the support does not actually support enforcement. One last thing is a few days before I was banned, someone kept sending me messages on Xbox live threatening
they were going to get me banned, and I honestly believe there's some correlation between him and this current ban.

I can't submit a case review as it says the cases 'Decision upheld' but nothing was mentioned about a permanent ban for me to appeal and now it's too late as i cant send a review because i am permanently banned? In desperate need of help, theres no other
way i can contact the enforcement team.

 

Enforcement Review Appeal

I received a ban and basically went to Xbox support to appeal the decisions and my operator was Vienna D, but I am asking for a review of my ban a long with reading the discussion I had with her about the situation including my appeal.

 

Unfortunately there is no other way to submit a case review or contact the enforcement team. If the enforcement team upheld your ban, then there is nothing else you can do.
