    I am livid with Microsoft Customer Support.


    Background: I have been dabbling with the XBox Game Pass quest offered on the "Microsoft Rewards" app for the XBone. Some of these Xbox Game Pass quests have been straightforward and should be easy to complete. Problem is, the chances for getting rewarded
    is VERY INCONSISTENT.

    Support ticket IDs:

    [Mod Removed-Personal Information]

    [Mod Removed-Personal Information]

    First ticket listed above is for not receiving credit for the "Thomas Was Alone" Xbox Game Pass quest. Second ticket is for not receiving credit for the "Achievement Hunter" quest. In BOTH
    [Mod Removed-Profanity] TICKETS, I already sent my screenshots to my respective representatives for both tickets, and I received nothing but dead silence. Who the [Mod Removed-Profanity] should I talk to?

    Hello There,

    The options vary when you are trying to get chat or call from support. You can use this quick guide I set up for requesting a call from support. As mentioned above anything for rewards will have to go through the rewards form.

    When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Here is the problem. The website only allows me to talk to "Xbox Gamers." Twitter account is dead, and the "Call me back" feature is defunct. I would not have been posting this profanity-laced topic if support was remotely working. BTW, the session errors out
    on me when I try to talk to "an Xbox Specialist."

    Hi, Brad. My problem I had been encountering here is no response was ever given for my tickets within the past 72 hours. What am I supposed to do? Spam MORE tickets to have my issues be looked into? Really wish the means of asking the right people was consistent
    instead of running around in circles. Will try to call later in the morning.
